Trump Loses His Temper At Photo-Op And Threatens War With Iran

At a joint photo-op with French president Macron, Donald Trump lost his temper in front of the world and threatened a new war in the Middle East if Iran restarts their nuclear program.

Video:

Trump said, “It Won’t be so easy for them to restart. They’re not going to be restarting anything. They restart it they’re going to have big problems, bigger than they’ve ever had before. And you can mark it down. They restart their nuclear program, they will have bigger problems than they have ever had before.”

Trump is aching to be a wartime president. He created a fake crisis on the border so that he could ask for National Guard troops in an effort to play Commander In Chief. The threat to Iran is more difficult to ignore, with John Bolton as Trump’s National Security Adviser. Trump’s Secretary of State nominee Mike Pompeo also favors war with Iran.

It has been clear since the 2016 presidential campaign that Trump is going to tear up the Iran nuclear deal, not because it is a bad deal, as he claims, but because it was Obama’s deal. Trump is always trying to escape Obama’s shadow, and he wants to prove to the world that he can make a better deal than Obama. The problem is that if Trump threatens war or attacks Iran, there will be no deal. Iran will make the war in Iraq look like a Sunday picnic.

The President Of The United States most definitely threatened Iran with military action. The press should not undersell what Trump was referring to when he said that Iran would have big problems if they restarted their nuclear program. Big problems in Trump speak means military action, as it looks this president is beating the drum for war with Iran.
