Trump tried to say that he supported the intelligence agencies, and as he was lying, the lights went out at the White House.
Video:
Trump said, “Let me begin by saying that once again full faith and support for America’s intelligence agencies, I have a full faith in our intelligence agencies. Oops, they just turned off the lights. That must be the intelligence agencies. There it goes, okay. Are you guys okay? Good. That was strange. But that’s okay. I’ll begin by stating that I have full faith and support for America’s great intelligence agencies, always have.”

Trump also couldn’t stick to his script and say that Russia interfered in the 2016 election:

Trump In The Dark
It is impossible to believe that a president who attacks the nation’s intelligence community and the Russia investigation on a daily basis suddenly believes that the intelligence community’s assessment that Russia was behind the 2016 election is correct. Trump doesn’t believe the intel community. That is why he stood on stage and praised Putin’s strong denial that Russia was behind the crimes yesterday.
Trump is in damage control mode, and the lights going on him as he lies about supporting the intelligence community assessment was the perfect symbolism for the declining state of the Trump presidency.
America is shutting off the lights on Trump’s treasonous run in the Oval Office.
