In a special Labor Day weekend edition of her show, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro attacked Attorney General Jeff Sessions, attempting to shame Sessions as an incompetent leader who was “tearing America apart.”
She also questioned his loyalty and dignity and told him that in her opinion it was time for him to go.

“Why would you stay in a job where you are not wanted, a job you took under false pretenses, knowing you wouldn’t be able to do the complete job…. No one elected you, Jeff,” Pirro said, opening her show. “You groveled and begged for the job and out of loyalty he gave it to you. You are so clueless, you don’t even know you are being used. You don’t even know you are nothing but a shill.”
Then, she made the point that even his close associates from the U.S. Senate now believe he should leave office.
“Even your best friends Lindsey Graham and Chuck Grassley have had it with you and are ready to throw you under the bus,” Pirro said. “Grassley is saying he could find the time to hold hearings to replace you. Lindsey is saying you will very likely be replaced.”
According to Pirro, Sessions “groveled and begged” Trump for the attorney general job and the president gave it to him “out of pity.” She discounted his time in the U.S. Senate, saying that he accomplished “basically nothing” and “did not deserve to be Attorney General.”
Pirro then added that the Russia investigation of special counsel Mueller is “over” and that the “unhinged conspiracy theory is dead.”
She also seemed to be sending a warning to the attorney general, saying that Trump would come for him.
“Can’t you see the damage to this country by this fraudulent investigation that you breathed life into by allowing them to run amok,” Pirro said. “This country is being torn apart.”
“If you and your pals think you’re getting to the president, think again. This president can take the shots, he’s done it his whole life,” she said. “Never underestimate him or his powers.”
After issuing that warning to Sessions she then said that he should do one of two things, “Resign immediately because you are not wanted or put on your big boy pants and be a real attorney general.”
Sessions may be in some new legal trouble as evidence comes out that he may have lied to Congress under oath when testifying about Russian involvement in the Trump campaign. Former campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, who has pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing, said that Sessions approved of his efforts to coordinate with Russia, while the attorney general had previously denied doing so under oath.
However some observers believe that getting rid of Sessions at this time would not be a smart move because it might actually increase the legal jeopardy and political problems of President Trump.
