Here Are The Alleged Brett Kavanaugh Sexual Assault Details That Republicans Want To Hide

CNN was read a redacted copy of the letter Dr. Christine Ford Blasey sent to Senator Feinstein and it’s chillingly worse than what is being reported in the media, especially as it suggests it was planned in advance with malice.

Kavanaugh and his friend pushed her into a bedroom, played loud music so no one could hear her screams, laughed at her while jumping on top of her, the friend periodically jumped on top of Kavanaugh who was on top of Blasey Ford. They were “highly inebriated.”

“With Kavanaugh‘s hand over my mouth I feared he may inadvertently kill me.”

The letter starts out with the expectation of confidentiality and then says Brett Kavanaugh “physically and sexually assaulted me during high school in the early 1980’s. He conducted these acts with the assistance of REDACTED.”

Both Kavanaugh and his friend were two years older than her. She was at a gathering in a Maryland home that including five total people, four others and herself.

Kavanaugh physically pushed me into a bedroom as I was headed for a bathroom up a short stair well from the living room. They locked the door and played loud music precluding any successful attempt to yell for help.

Kavanaugh was on top of me while laughing with REDACTED, who periodically jumped onto Kavanaugh. They both laughed as Kavanaugh tried to disrobe me in their highly inebriated state. With Kavanaugh‘s hand over my mouth I feared he may inadvertently kill me.

From across the room a very drunken REDACTED said mixed words to Kavanaugh ranging from ‘go for it’ to ‘stop.’
At one point when REDACTED jumped onto the bed the weight on me was substantial. The pile toppled, and the two scrapped with each other. After a few attempts to get away, I was able to take this opportune moment to get up and run across to a hallway bathroom. I locked the bathroom door behind me. Both loudly stumbled down the stair well at which point other persons at the house were talking with them. I exited the bathroom, ran outside of the house and went home.”

The two young men followed her and pushed her into the bedroom, where they both laughed while Kavanaugh assaulted her and the friend, who has a book out detailing their drunken state during school to the point of his own alcoholism, occasionally jumped on Kavanaugh on her and sometimes egged him on and sometimes told him to stop.

Now why would this friend Mark Judge tell Kavanaugh to stop unless it was brutal to watch and he was aware that this human being with her mouth being covered to suffocate her screams was in agony.

Premeditation and “malice aforethought” means that the crime was premeditated, and the perpetrator held malice for the victim. Malice means, in legal terms, according to the legal dictionary, “The intentional commission of a wrongful act, absent justification, with the intent to cause harm to others; conscious violation of the law that injures another individual; a mental state indicating a disposition in disregard of social duty and a tendency toward malfeasance.” It’s usually used in murder cases.

While this alleged crime might not fit that description legally, it fits to a t the way it was described by Dr. Blasey Ford. This kind of crime, planned out and perpetrated with such contempt for the victim, is a serious mark against the perpetrator’s alleged character, and clearly rules him out – if credible and found to be true – as a Judge anywhere.

“Locker room rape” is not a thing. Assaults like this change a person forever, and destroy their confidence and faith in humanity and their sense of safety while doing normal things like walking down a hallway. Women are not objects to be abused and discarded while laughing.

Republican Representative Billy Long of Missouri found Dr. Blasey Ford’s allegations laughable, apparently, retweeing this image with this headline “Exhibit A. Democrat evidence against Brett Kavanaugh 1963,†:

Funny thing, Republicans thought Senator Al Franken should step down for being accused of unwanted touching, including kissing. But now, with an accusation of premeditated attempted rape that involves violence and mockery on top of two against one, they’re laughing at the alleged victim.

Brett Kavanaugh has already established that even under oath he will be misleading and even lie. Dr. Blasey Ford has a credible accusation, backed up by a former FBI agent administered lie detector test that she passed.

These people are despicable. They have zero values. This story is evidence for why it’s not smart to rush a Supreme Court nominee through for a lifetime appointment.

Republicans will not refer this matter to the FBI for a background investigation into Kavanaugh. Instead, they are putting on a one day for show “hearing,” which is not the same thing as an investigation at all. They are pretending they can’t refer this to the FBI, but that is not true. They can. They just won’t. And people should be asking why.
