The Judiciary Committee Is Reviewing Third Sexual Assault Allegation Against Kavanaugh

The third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, who is being represented by attorney Michael Avenatti, is having her allegation reviewed by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The name of the third woman to come forward is Julie Swetnick, and this is her sworn declaration:

Judiciary Committee spokesman, Taylor Foy, said in a statement, “This morning Michael Avenatti provided a declaration to the Judiciary committee. Committee lawyers are in the process of reviewing it now.”

Republicans are trying to speed the Kavanaugh nomination through the confirmation process, but they can’t outrun the mounting allegations from multiple women of sexual misconduct by Brett Kavanaugh. Avenatti and his client are demanding an FBI investigation. Dr. Christine Blasey Ford is demanding an FBI investigation. Deborah Ramirez is demanding an FBI investigation. How many more women have to come forward before Republicans stop this sham process and tell Trump to have the FBI reopen Kavanaugh‘s background check.

All the women and corroborating witnesses can’t be lying. The sober virgin version of Brett Kavanaugh is being exposed as a fraud. Kavanaugh has already lied under oath to the Senate. His has no credibility. Women have come forward with credible allegations. If the White House won’t pull the plug on Kavanaugh‘s nomination, Senate Republicans must vote him down.
