The Secret Service has intercepted suspicious packages that were intended for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
Here is the statement from the Secret Service:

The packages were intercepted on the same day that an suspected explosive device was mailed to George Soros.

Republicans, including but not limited to Trump, have spent years talking about violence and imprisonment for Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Those words have consequences. With less than two weeks to go before the midterm election, the same right-wing extremists that felt emboldened by Trump’s win in 2016 now feel threatened, and it is not out of the realm of possibility that someone is following what they believe to be the lead of Trump and lashing out.

It is mind boggling that the media hasn’t given this story more attention. Someone is potentially sending bombs to two former presidents, and a former Senator and secretary of state. These acts are threats, and ignoring them will only encourage more.
