Update: 10:05 PM ET: Democrats are now 12 seats short of taking back the House.
They’ll release the Texas early votes soon, but remember that they will not include either Beto O’Rourke’s hometown of El Paso County and Harris County, which is Ted Cruz’s home town and will be open late due to issues.
