Shortly after Donald Trump shut down the federal government because Republicans and Democrats in Congress wouldn’t agree to his childish wall fantasy, one Senate Democrat is pledging to give her salary to charity.

“I cannot take a salary during a government shutdown knowing that so many federal workers in Nevada and across the country will go without pay,” she added.
