Transcript of Rep. Nadler on CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront:

BURNETT: So, you’re saying this is exactly the same as what we call formal impeachment proceedings by another name?

NADLER: This is formal impeachment proceedings. We are investigating all the evidence. We’re gathering the evidence and we will at the conclusion of this, hopefully, by the end of the year, vote to — vote articles of impeachment to the House floor or we won’t. That’s a decision that we’ll have to make.

But that — that’s exactly the process we’re in right now.

Rep. Nadler admitted what impeachment scholars and members of his committee have been saying. There is already a formal impeachment investigation underway. What’s new is that there is now a time frame for the first votes on impeachment. Nadler’s process should now make sense to everyone. He is so determined to get access to documents and witnesses because he is building the case for articles of impeachment.

Pelosi and the Democrats know exactly what they are doing as Donald Trump could be in the midst of an impeachment crisis during his reelection campaign.
