Rudy Giuliani Tries To Blackmail Democrats Into Removing Adam Schiff

Rudy Giuliani said that he will only cooperate with the impeachment investigation if Democrats remove Adam Schiff from the House Intelligence Committee.

Giuliani said on ABC’s This Week when asked if he will cooperate, “That’s a question that has a lot of implications. Believe it or not, I’m an attorney, and everything I did was to protect my client, and I am proud to have uncovered what will turn out to be a massive pay for play scandal, not unlike the Clinton Foundation.”

Rudy was asked again if he will cooperate, and after more conspiracy rambling, he said, “I wouldn’t cooperate with Adam Schiff. I think Adam Schiff should be removed. If they remove Adam Schiff if they put a neutral person in who hasn’t prejudged the case, if they put someone in, a Democrat who hasn’t expressed an opinion yet. If I had a judge in a case and he’d already announced I’m going to impeach, already went ahead and did a whole false episode, wouldn’t I move to recuse that judge?”

Giuliani then contradicted himself and said that he wouldn’t rule out cooperating, but it is up to Trump.

It doesn’t matter that Rudy Giuliani is trying to blackmail Democrats, because they can force him to testify. Attorney/client privilege doesn’t cover attorneys who are involved in criminal activity with their clients.

Giuliani and Trump are clearly terrified of Adam Schiff.

Blackmail is the only tactic that Trump and his lawyer know how to deploy. Giuliani can say that he is not going to cooperate, but it isn’t up to him, or Donald Trump. This is impeachment and Democrats now have more legal tools to compel evidence than in a standard investigation.

Adam Schiff isn’t going anywhere, which is bad news for Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani.
