Donald Trump is pretending like he doesn’t know Rudy Giuliani’s arrested associated, even though he had dinner with them, and there are pictures.
According to the White House Pool Report as provided to PoliticusUSA, Trump said, “I don’t know those gentlemen. Now it’s possible I have a picture with them because I have a picture with everybody. I have a picture with everybody here. Somebody said there may be a picture or something at a fundraiser or somewhere. But I have pictures with everybody. I don’t know if there’s anybody I don’t have pictures with. I don’t know them. I don’t know about them. I don’t know what they do. I don’t know, maybe they were clients of Rudy. You’d have to ask Rudy. I just don’t know.â€
Later, he added, “I just don’t know. I haven’t spoken to Rudy about it. I will say this, from what I heard. I just heard about this. We have nothing to do with this. We have nothing to do with this.â€

The Wall Street Journal reported that the two men had dinner with Trump last year…..in the WHITE HOUSE, “Messrs. Parnas and Fruman had dinner with Mr. Trump at the White House in early May 2018, shortly before they donated to the pro-Trump super PAC, according to since-deleted Facebook posts captured in a report published by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, a nonprofit U.S.-based media organization.”
Trump is pulling from the same playbook that he has always used. Remember when he pretended not to know Paul Manafort, and how he tried to distance himself from Michael Cohen, who was his lawyer?
Donald Trump is a one-trick pony, and those tricks aren’t working anymore.
Trump is busted, and his denials are falling on deaf ears.
