Bill Taylor Ukraine quid pro quo

Trump Doomed As Envoy Was Told Only To Release Ukraine Aid For Biden Investigation

Bill Taylor, Trump’s envoy to Ukraine, testified to the Trump impeachment investigation that he was told only to release aid if Ukraine agreed to investigate Biden.

The Washington Post reported, “The senior U.S. diplomat in Ukraine said Tuesday he was told release of military aid was contingent on public declarations from Ukraine that it would investigate the Bidens and the 2016 election, contradicting President Trump’s denial that he used the money as leverage for political gain. Acting Ambassador William B. Taylor Jr. testified behind closed doors in the House impeachment probe of Trump that he stands by his characterization that it was ‘crazy’ to make the assistance contingent on investigations he found troubling.”

The House impeachment investigation now has the evidence of a quid pro quo. Trump conditioned the release of vital military aid on Ukraine investigating Joe Biden. This is the smoking gun damning testimony that proves that Trump abused his presidential power to force a country to interfere in the 2020 election his behalf. Trump will smear Taylor, but it is virtually impossible for Republicans to deny, which they will, that there was no quid pro quo, and that there is nothing to the impeachment of Trump.

The impeachment evidence is overwhelming. Trump didn’t just abuse his power. He did it in an obvious way. It is understandable why there were gasps as Taylor testified.

Democrats have all of the proof that they need to make a compelling case for Trump’s removal from office.
