Prosecutors in Georgia want to interview Sen. Lindsey Graham under oath about possible criminal coordination with Trump.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported:
Prosecutors with the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, who are leading the special purpose grand jury investigation into Georgia’s 2020 election, are interested in questioning U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham about any coordinated effort there may have been between the South Carolina Republican and officials from the Trump campaign.

More broadly, jurors and prosecutors are interested in discussing two phone conversations that Graham had with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his office in the weeks following the 2020 elections, according to his subpoena.
Graham is arguing that he has immunity due to the Speech and Debate Clause which gives members of Congress immunity from arrest except in cases of treason for speech made within their official congressional activities.
Prosecutors argued that the Speech and Debate clause does not apply because engaging in illegal election interference is not part of the official duties of a member of Congress.
Sen. Graham asked Georgia election officials to toss mail-in ballots to give the state to Trump.
Graham is in big trouble. If prosecutors find that he coordinated with Trump to violate Georgia election law, he and Trump could be indicted.
Lindsey Graham should consider himself lucky that Trump’s criminal chickens are coming home to roost, or his problems would get a lot more attention.
