Donald Trump has spent the last few days engaged in one of his favorite activities: firing people. And the net result is that he has decimated the Department of Homeland Security.

The president seems to be in a controlled rage, having now let go DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) director Lee Cissna, Undersecretary for Management Claire Grady, and General Counsel John Mitnick. Trump Says He Will Shut the Border if Mexico Doesn’t Remove Migrants

On Monday morning President Donald Trump threatened to close off the U.S. border “permanently if need be” as a way to keep what he calls an “invasion” of migrant refugees from entering the United States. He also demanded that the government of Mexico remove the caravans of asylum-seeking migrants who have been camping out in Tijuana, and trying to cross the U.S. border. read more
