After an Uber exec revealed his idea to dig up dirt on journalists via the company’s data collection, Al Franken demanded that the car service get real about their privacy policies and data collection practices.
Some of the more interesting stories that hit the web this past week included an open carry restaurant, big sharks, hand gestures operating computers and Google Maps.
The real scandal is not that the IRS did its job, it is that groups like Rove’s GPS Crossroads and Koch brother’s Americans for Prosperity want tax exempt status for their partisan political fronts.
