Betsy DeVos’ Mercenary Brother Erik Prince is Offering to Get Americans Out of Afghanistan for $6.5K Each

The Biden Administration has known that they would be pulling troops out of Afghanistan for months. The plans to do so were set in motion when Donald Trump was still in office.

And the Biden administration has spent those months reaching out to Americans living in the Middle Eastern country in an effort to get them out safely. There were a number of emails and even offers to help fund their trip out of Afghanistan. The team is still working on getting any Americans that want out of the country back home.

Erik Prince, the brother of former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, would very much like to profit off these people’s troubles. According to the Wall St. Journal, “on Wednesday that Erik Prince, cofounder of the infamous security contractor formerly known as Blackwater, said he is chartering planes to get stranded people out of Afghanistan for $6,500 per person.”

Prince has also offered to extract people who are currently stuck in their homes. That service, however, costs extra.

Jen Psaki was asked about Prince’s antics during her Wednesday press briefing. She told reporters, “I don’t think any human being with a heart and soul would support efforts to profit off of people’s agony and pain as they’re trying to depart a country and fearing for their lives.”

Jen Psaki: Joe Biden Doesn’t Want to Fight Fox News Because Their Viewers Need Truth About COVID

Joe Biden is routinely attacked on Fox News. Each night the network’s personalities talk about his son Hunter or his mental capacity and sometimes they even discuss his policies.

But unlike the previous president, Biden has a thick skin and is used to facing criticism. So when Jen Psaki was asked recently about people from the administration appearing on Fox, she noted that Biden needs to reach those people too.

Psaki made the comments while speaking on Snapchat’s Good Luck America. She was asked why Team Biden would put people on Fox shows where they are likely to be attacked.

The press secretary began by noting that, “Well first, we don’t do a lot of the personalities on Fox.” The personalities would be people like Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham

Psaki continued:

“Look, I would say that the president’s No 1 goal still is beating the pandemic, our objective is to put people back to work, and we need to talk to Fox and Fox viewers in order to do that. Now, they are not waiting for the president, the vice-president and other people from the administration to tell them what to do. But they might have listened to medical experts or some of our doctors. They might. There might be information that strikes them because it’s so fact-based, if we conveyed to Fox that they may hear that.” read more

Jen Psaki Knocks Ron DeSantis’ Plan to Have No Mask Mandate in Schools Despite Cases Surging in Florida

Jen Psaki takes out the GOP infrastructure lie

Ron DeSantis, more than any other governor in the country, has politicized mask wearing. He has regularly pointed to his state as a model for how COVID-19 should be handled.

At the same time, Florida is in the top 5 states for both total COVID deaths and cases. And right now, the virus is surging in Florida with 20% of new cases originating there.

During today’s press briefing, Jen Psaki was asked about DeSantis‘ recent declaration that masks would not be required in Florida schools this year. He told reporters, “We’re not doing that in Florida, okay? We want kids to be able to be kids. We need them to be able to breathe.”

Psaki responded, “

If I were a parent in Florida, that would be greatly concerning to me because kids under the age of 12 are not vaccinated. They’re not eligible yet.” read more

Jen Psaki: “We Don’t Take Any of Our Health and Medical Advice from Marjorie Taylor Greene”

White House press secretary Jen Psaki told CNN that the Biden administration does not “take any of our health and medical advice from Marjorie Taylor Greene” after Greene compared a push by President Joe Biden to ensure as many Americans are vaccinated against the coronavirus as possible to the people who helped Adolf Hitler rise to power in Nazi Germany.

“We don’t take any of our health and medical advice from Marjorie Taylor Greene. So I can assure everyone of that,” Psaki said, telling anchor John Berman “that we’re trying to do here as the federal government is to protect the American people and save lives, prevent people from getting Covid and the coronavirus.”

“And what we’ve seen over the course of the last several months is that one of the biggest barriers is access,” she continued, “and people knowing when they can get the vaccine, where they can get the vaccine, the efficacy and safety of the vaccine. It’s up to every individual to decided whether they’re going to get vaccinated but especially as we’re seeing reports from the CDC about the rise of the Delta variant, one of the most transmissible variants we’ve seen there.”

“This is about protecting people and saving lives,” she stressed again. “That’s a role we’re going to continue to play from the federal government and use any of the tools and tactics we believe can be effective.”

"We don't take any of our health and medical advice from Marjorie Taylor Greene. So I can assure everyone of that."

LISTEN: Jen Psaki Responds to Tucker Carlson’s Wild Claims That the NSA is Spying on Him

Jen Psaki explains why the Republican plan to block Biden's jobs bill is doomed to fail

Last week, General Mark Milley infuriated Conservatives by talking about white rage. And no one personifies the idea of white rage better than Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

Carlson often talks about the persecution of white Americans during his show. On on Monday night, he said that he himself is a target of the government.

The Fox host told his audience, “[a whistleblower told us the NSA is] monitoring our electronic communications and is planning to leak them in an attempt to take this show off the air.”

Carlson, as he usually does, gave no proof or evidence to support his accusations

This morning Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked, “Tucker Carlson said that the NSA is spying on him. Is the administration aware of any espionage or listening efforts on US citizens by the NSA, and is Tucker Carlson one of them?”

She responded, “Well, the NSA has, I think you are well aware, everyone’s aware, everyone on this plane is aware, I should say, is an entity that focuses on foreign threats and individuals who are attempting to do us harm on foreign soil. So that is their purview, but beyond that I would point you to the intelligence community.”

Psaki’s answer made it pretty clear that Carlson’s conspiracy theory isn’t all that well thought out. Even if the government was looking into the Fox host, the NSA would not be the agency doing so.

Jen Psaki Schooled Jim Jordan After the Ohio Rep. Complained About Joe Biden on Twitter

Joe Biden is now back in town after his first foreign trip. The president’s trip was markedly different than those of his predecessor. Unlike Donald Trump, who was seen as mostly a joke by foreign leaders, Biden was accepted and embraced.

And many of Biden’s initiatives so far have been popular with the American people. So Republicans have become over reliant on talking points and culture war issues. Jim Jordan attempted to use one of these talking points earlier today and was smacked down by Jen Psaki.

This morning, the Ohio congressman tweeted, “Average gas price: June 2020: $2.21 June 2021: $3.07 President Biden’s economy!”

Of course the gas prices were affected by the pandemic. Gas suppliers lowered prices last year in an effort to encourage people to take to the road. Now that most motorists are back, suppliers are trying to make up for the money they lost last year.

Psaki responded to Jordan, “You forgot to mention that gas prices are the same now as they were in June 2018. Or that this time last year unemployment was 11.1% — today it’s 5.8%.”

White House Denies Report That Biden Made Big Concessions to GOP on Infrastructure

Joe Biden made some big promises prior to taking office this January. He already accomplished his first goal of passing a major COVID relief bill. The new president has now moved on to passing a major infrastructure bill.

Biden would very much like for the bill to pass with votes from both Democrats and Republicans. To that end, he recently met with Shelly Moore-Capito, the GOP’s top negotiator.

According to a Washington Post report, Biden was willing to make big concessions to Republicans including forgoing a 28% corporate tax rate. The White House, however, is denying the story.

Jen Psaki told reporters, “

What happened over the last couple of days and also in the meeting yesterday is that the President did a thorough review of all of the tax reforms he’s proposed — many of them on the campaign — it was in the American Jobs Plan as a pay for and is also reflected in our budget that we just put out last Friday. And he looked to see what could be a path forward with his Republican colleagues on this specific negotiation.” read more

Psaki Signals Biden Committed to Codifying Roe v. Wade Regardless of SCOTUS Outcome

Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary, said President Joe Biden and his administration remain “committed to codifying” Roe v. Wade regardless of the outcome of an upcoming Supreme Court case that could undermine the landmark abortion rights legislation.

Although Psaki did not specifically mention the Supreme Court in her statement, she criticized how “the right to health care, the right to choose, have been under withering and extreme attack, including through draconian state laws” over the last few years.

“And the president and the VP are devoted to ensuring that every American has access to health care, including reproductive health care, regardless of their income, ZIP code, race, health insurance status or immigration status,” she added. “As such, the president is committed to codifying Roe regardless of the… outcome of this case.”

Biden Administration to Share Millions of Vaccines with Other Countries

President Joe Biden is set to announce that the United States will share millions of doses of Covid-19 vaccines with other countries. This number will be in addition to the 60 million doses of AstraZeneca he has already committed to sharing by July 4. The United States will release 20 million doses of Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines as well as AstraZeneca to areas abroad once the vaccines are approved by federal regulators.

“This is the most doses donated by any country in the world by five times,” said Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary.

“We are waiting for, of course, AstraZeneca, as you know, to go through the approval process of the FDA, but this will put 80 million doses out into the world by the end of June,” she added.

WATCH: Jen Psaki Shuts Down Peter Doocy Again, This Time on Unemployment

Jen Psaki straightens out Ted Cruz on the First Amendment

Jen Psaki has had plenty of viral moments as the White House press secretary. And an alarmingly high number of those moments feature Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy.

Rather than asking straight-forward questions, Doocy often goes for a gotcha effect. The Fox reporter also heavily injects his own opinion into his queries.  He did that on Monday while talking to Jen Psaki.

Doocy asked, “Unemployment only rose by about 266,000 jobs in April. How does the White House know that people are just choosing not to apply for jobs because the extra unemployment benefits are so good?”

The press secretary responded, “W

e actually see the data and our analysis shows that the lack of vaccinations, the lower rate, which is why I refer to the data and the week that it was taken — it has an impact. Child care has an impact. Schools reopening has an impact. But there’s also the need to pay a livable working wage.”  read more

WATCH: Fox Contributor Makes a Weird and Gross Comment About the Media’s Treatment of Jen Psaki

During a recent podcast appearance, Jen Psaki said that she would be leaving her position sometime next year. Liberal Twitter was aghast at the news as Psaki has become somewhat of a cult hero thanks to her frequent viral moments.

And according the hosts of Fox News The Five, the media will also be very upset about the Press Secretary leaving her post. The panelists took turns whining about Psaki being treated differently than her predecessors.

Jesse Watters began by saying, “Still not a believer in liberal media bias? Take a listen to this, the press is now openly rooting for Jen Psaki. White House reporters gushing over the press secretary in a magazine feature saying things like she takes questions from everybody, she doesn’t get rattled, she doesn’t lose her cool.”

Former Bush press secretary Dana Perino jumped in to say that Republican secretaries are better than their Liberal counterparts because they have to work harder.

Dagen McDowell then made it totally weird, “After all that gushing and fawning from those reporters, what do we get to see next? Them cleaning out her refrigerator for her? Or maybe waxing her legs in public. That’s next. They’re going to have to change their job titles to “professional footstool.”

Enjoy it While it Lasts: Jen Psaki Says She Will Step Down in 2021 After Serving Around One Year

Jen Psaki at the White House press briefing April 7, 2021

After years of Sean Spicer, Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Kayleigh McEnany, Jen Psaki has been a breath of fresh air. The Biden Press Secretary has frequently gone viral for her snappy comebacks to stupid questions.

But Americans who have delighted in Psaki’s performance will have to enjoy it while it lasts. She announced recently that she plans on stepping down in 2021 after serving around a year.

Psaki made the comments during an podcast appearance with CNN‘s David Axelrod. She told the host, “I think it’s going to be time for somebody else to have this job, in a year from now or about a year from now.”

The Press Secretary also answered others questions about the challenges of her job. As for access, she explained, “

Mitch McConnell Refuses To Work With Biden Then Whines About Unity

In the 6 years he was in charge of the senate, Mitch McConnell wielded his power with an iron fist. The Kentucky lawmaker showed no interest in anything Democrats had to say. He pushed through 3 Supreme Court and a massive tax break for the richest Americans.

Now that he is out of power, though, McConnell is doing plenty of complaining. He attempted to issue a threat to the Democrats, but it was largely laughed off. So the Senate Minority Leader is back to complaining.

McConnell said on the senate floor on Wednesday, “President Biden pledged he would be ‘A president for all Americans’ with plans to repair, restore and heal. But the first hundred days have left much to be desired. Over a few short months, the Biden administration seems to have given up on selling actual unity in favor of catnip for their liberal base, covered with a hefty coat of false advertising.”

The Kentucky lawmaker continued, “Behind President Biden’s familiar face, it’s like the most radical Washington Democrats have been handed the keys, and they’re trying to speed as far left as they can possibly go before American voters ask for their car back.”

Democrats have regularly explained that while they’re willing to talk about issues, voters have given them a mandate.  Jen Psaki explained during her Monday presser:

“I will say that the President’s view is that bringing the country together is bringing the American people together. So when I say he’s, he is focused on bringing you know, bringing people together, bringing Democrats or Republicans together, he’s not talking about solving bipartisanship in ‘this zip code here.” read more

WATCH: Jen Psaki Has a Clever Response For a Reporter Who Asked About Unity

Back when Republicans were in control, they showed very little interest in working with Democrats. The GOP used it’s control to push through a ridiculous tax cut along with 3 Supreme Court Justices.

Since the Democrats have been in charge, however, Republicans have constantly whined about not being involved in the legislative process. While Democrats have been willing to hold meetings, they have a mandate from the American people and little reason to compromise.

During Monday’s presser, the Christian Broadcast Network’s David Brody hit on this Republican talking point. He asked, “I guess the question is, [President Biden] has not met with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, according to Kevin McCarthy. What does that say about unity?”

The CBN reporter continued, “And there’s a lot of other lists as well, budget reconciliation, so there’s a lot of folks who talk about tens of millions of people, they’re concerned about that this doesn’t seem like unity at all.”

A bemused Jen Psaki responded, “Do you think tens of millions of people are concerned about him not meeting with Kevin McCarthy?”

After some back and forth, Psaki continued, “I will say that the President’s view is that bringing the country together is bringing the American people together. So when I say he’s, he is focused on bringing you know, bringing people together, bringing Democrats or Republicans together, he’s not talking about solving bipartisanship in ‘this zip code here.”

WATCH: Psaki Humiliates Fox Reporter Who Asked a Loaded Question About Immigration

Jen Psaki at the White House press briefing April 7, 2021

Since Joe Biden has been in office, vaccines have gone through the roof. Financial aid was given to millions of Americans and thousands of small businesses. And according to economists, the economy could soon be booming.

Donald Trump and his aides are desperate to distract from Biden’s current success. And Fox News anchors and reporters are in lock-step with the former President’s messaging. But a reporter from the network bit off more than she could chew on Monday when she asked Jen Psaki a misleading question about immigration.

Fox News’ Kristen Fisher queried the press secretary, “

I’m still confused about what changed between 1 p.m. on Friday and around 4:30 p.m. on Friday to go from we’re not raising the refugee cap to we are raising the refugee cap by May 15. What changed in those three and a half hours?” read more

WATCH: Jen Psaki Mocks Ridiculous Question From Newsmax Reporter

Jen Psaki White House daily briefing

When you have to work as the White House press secretary, it helps to have a sense of humor. And Jen Psaki has displayed a quick wit and a willingness to diffuse hard questions with an air of levity.

Psaki has made a commitment to giving a briefing nearly every day. And nearly every day, a Conservative reporter tries to take her off her rhythm with a gotcha question.

Monday was no different as John Gizzi asked a wacky question about secret memo’s within Joe Biden infrastructure plan. The Newsmax reporter questioned:

“The other thing on the infrastructure package, there is a private memo that’s being circulated in the business community and to some Republican senators that said that the $2.25 trillion price tag is $1 trillion off. And that there’s many things in there that were omitted in the initial discussion of the bill. This is being circulated on the Hill, do you have any response to the charge that the president low-balled the price tag on the infrastructure bill?” read more

WATCH: Jen Psaki Shuts Down Reporter Who Wanted Her to Credit Trump for Vaccines

There were many traditions that looked quite different during Donald Trump’s presidency.  But nothing, however, was quite as unusual as Trump’s press secretaries and the way they handled themselves during briefings.

Sean Spicer, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Stephanie Grisham and Kayleigh McEnany were not only combative with the press, they also lied with ease. The briefings during Trump’s term also happened far less frequently than ever before.

For all those reasons, Jen Psaki has been a breath of fresh air. While she isn’t opposed to delivering answers with a fair bit of snark, Psaki is at the podium nearly every day.

On Thursday, a reporter wanted the press secretary to give Donald Trump credit for developing America’s vaccines. Psaki, though, was more than ready to shoot the request down.

Mary Bruce from ABC News asked, “The president has been pretty critical of the prior administration’s handling of the pandemic, saying you inherited a mess here, but when it comes to vaccinations, you are following some of the same playbook here, so does the prior administration deserve some credit for laying the groundwork?”

I don’t think anyone deserves credit when half a million people in the country have died from this pandemic,” Psaki responded. “So what our focus is on and what the president’s focus is on when he came into office just over a month ago, was ensuring we have enough vaccines. We are going to have them now. We had enough vaccinators and we had enough vaccine locations to get this pandemic under control.”

Fox News’ Gutfeld: To Mock Space Force is to Mock “The Desire to Dream”

Donald Trump did not have many accomplishments during his time in office. There was, of course, a tax cut for the rich and 3 Conservative Supreme Court Justices. The 45th President, though, failed to do much more than that.

One accomplishment Trump was proud of was the creation of the Space Force. Little is known about exactly what the Space Force does or what its eventual goals are.

During a Tuesday press conference, Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki was dismissive of a question about the branch.

Psaki doubled down on the mockery Tuesday night, tweeting, “We look forward to the continuing work of Space Force and invite the members of the team to come visit us in the briefing room anytime to share an update on their important work.”

Kayleigh McEnany Has Spent the Day Complaining About the Biden Press Team and Administration

Kayleigh McEnany lies about Russian bounties on US troops

On Wednesday night, Jen Psaki held her first press briefing. Joe Biden’s press secretary assured the White House press corps that she planned on holding a daily briefing Monday through Friday. Her candor and professionalism was well received by the media.

And, of course, the praise for Psaki upset the people who formerly did the job for Donald Trump. Sean Spicer shared a Fox News article about the media being nicer to Psaki then they were to him.

During her last presser, Kayleigh McEnany read a ridiculous statement about the Trump riots then ran from the podium without answering any questions. The embarrassment from that moment, however, did not stop her from criticizing the Biden administration.

McEnany began her day by tweeting, “At yesterday’s White House Press Briefing, when asked about Biden’s abortion policy, we were reminded: ‘he is a devout Catholic & somebody who attends church regularly.’ Today, we learn Biden is reportedly preparing to roll back Trump’s pro-life policy.”

Joe Biden’s First Foreign Call Will Be With Canadian PM Justin Trudeau

For the last few years, leaders of foreign nations weren’t sure what to think of the United States. Sure, Donald Trump showed up to global events, but he mostly embarrassed himself. The ex-President left a 2019 NATO event in a huff after video appeared of other foreign leaders mocking him.

When Joe Biden was elected President, congratulations came in from all over the world. Many have expressed hope that the United States can get back to business as usual.

One step was taken on Biden’s very first day as America has officially rejoined the Paris Climate Accords. And another step will come on Friday when Biden has his first foreign call with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Wednesday, “I expect they will certainly discuss the important relationship with Canada as well as [Biden’s] decision on the Keystone pipeline that he announced today.”

Psaki continued by talking about rebuilding the relationships the Trump administration has done their best to destroy. “He feels it’s important to rebuild those relationships and address the challenges and threats we’re facing in the world.”

Shortly after the election was called for Biden, Trudeau responded via tweet. The PM wrote, “Congratulations, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Our two countries are close friends, partners, and allies. We share a relationship that’s unique on the world stage. I’m really looking forward to working together and building on that with you both.”
