Donald Trump has accused Jim Cramer of pandering after the CNBC broadcaster apologized for calling Nancy Pelosi “Crazy Nancy” during a live interview with her.

We often define culture as a “way of life.” Implicit in this definition is the notion that culture should support and value human life.
It makes sense, right? A “way of life” promises, in its very language, to support living, not promote dying.
Joe Biden and the Democratic leadership in Congress have placed the blame for the latest unemployment figures squarely on Donald Trump. In separate statements, they harshly criticized the President’s response to the economic crisis.
The Speaker of the House and Senate Minority Leader issued a joint statement on Friday following the July jobs report. The U.S. has added 1.8 million jobs but has lost nearly 13 million jobs during the pandemic.
“The latest jobs report shows that the economic recovery spurred by the investments Congress has passed is losing steam and more investments are still urgently needed to protect the lives and livelihoods of the American people,” Pelosi and Schumer said.
“Millions of Americans are still hurting and yet, despite this reality, President Trump and Republicans appear ready to walk away from the negotiating table to do unworkable, weak and narrow executive orders that barely scratch the surface of what is needed to defeat the virus and help struggling Americans.”
The Biden campaign issued their own statement, making even more forceful comments about Trump’s handling of the economy.
“Today’s jobs report shows just how far we have to go and why leadership matters,” Biden said in the statement.
“While I am grateful for the people who got their jobs back, my heart goes out to the more than 16 million workers who are without a job and a paycheck, and to their families who are without peace of mind. It did not have to be this bad.”
“We are in a deeper economic hole than we should be because of Donald Trump’s historic failure to respond to the pandemic, and the pace of recovery has now slowed because of Trump’s continuing inability to come up with a plan to control the virus.”
“Trump’s surrender to the pandemic has led to a resurgence of the virus and more economic pain and anxiety for millions of Americans,” Biden went on.
“After six months of a nation in crisis, he still has no plan to get us through.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) took Republicans to task for delaying vital financial relief to everyone affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
“Perhaps you mistook them for somebody who gives a damn for what you just described,” she told CNBC’s Jim Cramer. Pelosi added that she “hopes” President Donald Trump makes good on his threat to extend the nationwide eviction moratorium though she pointed out that things would only continue to get worse in the absence of adequate financial relief.
“If they extend the moratorium, people won’t have to pay their rent just yet, it will be pushed further down the road unless we get some money for them to compensate for what they have to get,” she said. “And that’s not just for the renters — that’s for the landlords. What good is it to the landlords if you have a moratorium until the end of the year for people to pay their rent unless there’s some money to help pay the rent?”

The Speaker of the House told ABC over the weekend that Dr. Deborah Birx did not enjoy her confidence because of the false information that President Donald Trump has been spreading.
She also said Trump officials weren’t being realistic about fighting the virus.
“When you … reduce the spread, you can open up the schools, when you reduce the rate of infection in a community,” she said.
“But until you do that, you have to be very careful.”

Nancy Pelosi had a record-breaking funding haul for the Democrats in the second quarter of 2020. The numbers are significant with less than 100 days to go before the election.
Pelosi has been a highly successful fundraiser for the party this year, raising $162.9 million to the end of June, 2020. Democrats are adding to their war chest as they attempt to keep the House.
Jorge Aguilar, Executive Director of Nancy Pelosi for Congress explained the importance of the second quarter numbers and took a swipe at President Donald Trump.
“Speaker Pelosi’s outstanding fundraising haul is a direct reflection of the grassroots excitement to Hold the House, take back the Senate and elect Joe Biden as President of the United States,” Aguilar said in a statement seen by PoliticusUSA.
“From mishandling the coronavirus crisis to trying to destroy the Americans’ health care – the people are witnessing the colossal failure the Trump Administration and Congressional Republicans have been.”
“Our country has had enough,” he said.
The fundraising figures come as the Trump campaign suspends much of its TV, radio and online advertising amid a “review” of strategy following the demotion of campaign manager Brad Parscale.
Meanwhile, former Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign is pouring money into battleground states Trump won in 2016 and outspending the President in Michigan, where his reelection campaign appears to have no current ad buys.

The bad feelings between the two started back on July 17th. Barr took issue with the Speaker referring to the federal agents deployed to Seattle and Portland as stormtroopers. She tweeted:
“Unidentified stormtroopers. Unmarked cars. Kidnapping protesters and causing severe injuries in response to graffiti. These are not the actions of a democratic republic. The Department of Homeland Security’s actions in Portland undermine its mission. Trump & his stormtroopers must be stopped.”
