So, another December 25th has came and went and despite the religious right and Fox News pundits bemoaning a phony "war on Christmas," the commercial holiday came to fruition as it has for generations.
A gun club in Georgia is taking gun fetishism and worship to a whole new level as they have scheduled an event for Saturday where children can pose for pictures with Santa Claus while he holds the assault rifle of their choice.
When conservatives say they want a "white" Christmas, they really mean they want a WHITE Christmas.
Fox News' Megyn Kelly pointed out that not only is Santa Claus white, but that Jesus was too. Apparently, she is unaware of where Jesus came from or what the Bible says.
It is that season again - and no, I am not talking about Christmas. I am talking about the War on Christmas, which is a far more important season to religious conservatives.
