Last night Lanny Davis made an announcement that sent shockwaves throughout Trump World: Michael Cohen was with Donald Trump when they met with Don Jr. to plan the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting with Russian operatives, and he’s willing to talk to Mueller about it.
Fox News judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano on Monday made very clear that in his opinion Donald Trump Jr. can now legally be charged for committing the crime of conspiracy.
The highly-respected Napolitano said this is true even if Russians did not give him damaging information about then-Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, as he and others have always maintained.
Rachel Maddow confirmed CNN's reporting that Michael Cohen said that Trump signed off on infamous Trump Tower meeting with the Russians and that Cohen is willing to tell Special Counsel Robert Mueller what he knows.
