I agree- it is past time for both parties (I know, I am dreaming) to take a stand against the dark money influencing our elections. When the Supreme Court overturned Citizens United it was both a disgrace on the court as well as a sign that the floodgates could be opened and the corruption could be increased through spending/ buying the outcome of elections.
Absolutely. My state does not allow circulating petitions about amending federal laws. Hoping that someone knowledgeable can point the way to successfully beginning that process.
