Finally!

Schatz has been doing this since Januaryish, so finally really doesn't apply here. Just because you're finally hearing about it, doesn't mean it wasn't happening. The problem is that I can count the number of mainstream media stories about this on one hand in two months. The American people aren't being informed by the biggest outlets.---Jason

Oh, that means our media is not playing nice with us. We can get even with them too, and we should. One old tried and true method is to boycott all their advertisers. We don't need to buy name brands of anything.

Minimizing what I purchase and trying to only use small locally owned businesses

Bit gotta’ feed the pets and the birdies and have nice plants in my pots and all that I can get at small locally owned businesses

With pets it's not hard to stay away from anything made by Purina. Purina has bought out almost every pet food you can think of, but there are still quite a few, low cost producers. Purina is owned by Nestle, which itself has bought out everything you can think of from Sara Lee to Swansons. They've denied an entire African village access to their own clean water so they could bottle it and sell it to all bottled water drinkers. Disgusting. There was a story about it on 60 Minutes a few years ago.

I agree

I try to avoid Purina products and use brands that my small specialty pet food store carries.

I feed my dogs The Farmer’s dog(I know it is expensive $ and a brand called My Perfect Pet which is a smallish company based in TX)

Although I try to avoid Purina at least their dog foods first ingredient is a protein unlike some brands whose first ingredient is corn which is a pretty useless carbohydrate.

We must support these efforts , and ask them to unite , form and infiltrate every single opening that they can, using people , the public to help derail, deter, delay, destroy, dismantle the veneer , undermine the illusion that we are helpless, powerless, we must resist the temptation to criticize any effort that might lead to relying on or looking to the liars in the corporate owned, oligarchy to do the job that we must do to save us from this crisis! Encourage every effort! , give everything we can to move these efforts / actions forward

I knew about this at the time, but finally! refers to putting them on more than just state department nominees, and senators doing it more broadly, not just him. A hold should have been put on every single nominee immediately. they are all terrible and unqualified without exception. even Rubio, who got 99 votes, didn't have the knowledge, experience or balls to tell that signal group chat that they needed to go to a secure location and get off their personal phones and a commercial app.

Sorry, I am an Irish Canadian interloper. Why were they bombing the Houthis? I Having grown up in Ireland during the troubles, I loathe militias, propaganda and rule by the gun and bombing of all kinds. Why exactly bomb the Houthis? Does Agent Orange also want Golf Courses on the Suez Canal? I know the official version, but what is the reason? I cannot mention truth and tRump, so what is the reason?

Or maybe he wasn’t concerned about the Signal app business? I think anyone who is willing to sully their name by hitching their wagon to the First Felon has major character flaws of their own.

We aren’t paranoid, sometimes I can’t believe that Trump is for real, trying to control us and what we listen to, sometimes I just can’t make sense of it when I hear him openly bully leaders of other counties or governors. It is not the world where we treat each other professionally without prejudice. I want somebody to slap me and yell “snap out of it”. It’s not really happening. You think how can I flip th script, guide my adult children and grandchildren to protect themselves against this chaos around them.

It’s about time! We’ve all watched McConnell used the tool for years, it’s about time we quit sticking our head in the sand and ignoring what has been happening to the very fabric of our Constitution and government. It’s time we stopped going along to get along. Republicans have been hell bent to stop our ideology of “by the people for the people”!
