It’s not completely dead. Ass lickers Thomas and Alioto, said the USPS has the power to regulate how the mail is delivered. And Trump will try again in two years, maybe even sooner.
It is dead, Stewart. It was a 7-2 ruling, so what Thomas and Alito said means nothing. Also, has Trump ever shown that he cares enough about the Republican Party to do anything for them? Johnson can't do that. Thanks to the election reform that was passed during the Biden administration. States and candidates now have the power to get a court order to force Johnson to seat them. Plus, Johnson's term would end if Republicans lost the House in early January; then Jeffries could seat all new Democrats.---Jason

Johnson pulled that on a democrat in AZ until she got her lawyers involved. I think she waited four months to be sworn in.
