On Hannity Sarah Palin Lets Her Racist Flag Fly

Sarah Palin was on FNC’s Hannity tonight, where things took an interesting turn when she gave her opinion on the Ft. Hood shootings. Palin stated that the shootings were an act of terrorism, and she claimed that it could have been prevented if the military would have engaged in racial profiling.

Host Sean Hannity asked Palin if she thought that the Ft. Hood shootings were an act of terrorism. She answered, “I certainly do, and I think there were massive warning flags that were missed all over the place and I think it was quite unfortunate that to me it was a fear of being politically incorrect to not, I’m going to use the word, profile this guy. Profiling in the sense of finding out what his radical beliefs were. The simple things like looking on this business card that had this secret code word for who he actually.”

She continued, “Now because I used the word profile, I am going to get clobbered tomorrow morning. The liberals their heads are going to be spinning. They are going to say she is radical. She is extreme, but I say profiling in to context of doing whatever we can to save innocent American lives. I’m all for it then.”

I don’t think that political correctness during the administration of George W. Bush had anything to do with missing any signs before Major Hasan went on the shooting rampage. Signs were missed as the military seems to have given one of their own the benefit of the doubt. If Palin thinks that racial profiling is fine, then why doesn’t she take it one step further and suggest that all American Muslims be banned from the military?

Palin is no different from George W. Bush. It was Bush who secretly spied on Americans in the name of fighting terrorism. Palin is willing to legalize a form of racism in the name of fighting the terrorists, because apparently there is no such thing as a white terrorist in Palin’s mind. It is good to see Palin doing what she does best, being intellectually lazy, while playing to the lowest common denominator
