President Clinton gave a little preview of what he is expected to say at the March on Washington commemoration when he said, “We cannot relax in our efforts to implement health care reform in a way that ends discrimination against those with pre-existing conditions — one of which is inadequate income to pay for rising health care — (applause) — a health care reform that will lower costs and lengthen lives.”
The former president has been nothing less than masterful over the past couple of years when he has spoken on behalf of President Obama, and we should expect nothing less than that today.
