Long John Silver’s confirmed they pulled their Fox News ads:
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Nestle is done with Tucker Carlson:
Nestlé, which has advertised the Proactiv skin-care product on Carlson’s show in the last three months, told THR that it has no plans to do so in the future. “Nestlé does not currently advertise on Tucker Carlson Tonight nor do we have any plans to purchase ads on the show in the future,” a spokesperson said.
Fox News has gone full-blown racist since the mass shootings in Dayton and El Paso. Beyond Tucker Carlson’s claim that the white supremacist domestic terror threat is a “hoax,” Fox has also tried to claim that blacks commit more hate crimes than whites.
The relationship between Trump and Fox News is a co-dependent one. Trump is Fox’s number one viewer and hype man, and Fox provides Trump with advice and staff. hey both need each other, which is why Trump is constantly fretting about Fox News moving to the left.
Trump’s racism is a big problem for Fox. Sure, they are getting a short-term bump, but in the long-term, the network is hemorrhaging advertisers as racism is a losing strategy both in television and in politics.
