Not sure I can trust the Supreme Court to do the right thing…….look, they gave Trump “immunity”, which he feels is his ticket to do whatever he wants…..rules don’t apply to him.
They should go for it anyway. A new impeachment resolution should be introduced each week and read into the Congressional Record...with a cumulative list of impeachable offenses, newest on top.
Thank God for Moral, Responsible Judges who aren't Trump appointed like Aileen Cannon who Obstructed Justice by delaying his cases with bullshit excuses.
I think it’s time that there be real consequences when he tries to do an end run. I am grateful. As citizens we need to be able to count on elected officials adhering to our constitution. The heritage society behaves as if it is above the law. They are influencers not elected. But deserve a legal mention. Their leader is behaving as a shadow President.
I have taught college students in several different countries in different languages. It is a great honor and privilege and the results are very encouraging and positive.
At this point I honestly can’t tell if the people around him have convinced him he can do whatever he wants, if he’s really just this clueless about the law, or if he’s throwing everything on the wall to see what sticks. I suspect a combination of all three given what we know from Trump 1.0 about how the last person who spoke to him holds sway.
I’m thrilled that the judiciary is holding the line! Let’s hope that we can count on judges to keep #felon47 in check.
I am grateful for the judges that take a stand against Trump. Showing him the rules even apply to him- he is not special or above the laws and rules
