As the judge heard arguments at the hearing on Wednesday morning related to Trump’s ban on reporters from MS NOW, Politico, and CNN from the White House, the press ban on filming Trump’s White House activities continued as the president returned to Washington, D.C., from his day at the UN.

The New York Times has joined with the television pool and has refused to publish any photos of Trump that are taken by the White House Photo Pool until the reporters are allowed back into the White House.
Even Trump expects to lose in court on the reporter ban, but until the judge’s ruling comes down, the blackout of Trump’s activities at the White House remains in place.
Trump was already attacking the judge on Truth Social:
All of the SLEAZEBAGS, like Third Rate “Reporter,” Kaitlan Collins, of Fake News CNN, a truly unhappy person, said they weren’t going to be covering me. Then why were they ranting and raving like Lunatics, in the Press Area, at the United Nations? Why was she there? She’s got a “TRUMP” addiction, and so does CNN and MSDNC. They’re all sick, treasonous, and demented! The “good news” is that they have a great, for them, and totally disloyal Judge.
In case you were wondering, the judge is disloyal, but he was appointed to the bench by Trump during his first term and ruled against Trump in the Jim Acosta case years ago.
