As a Brit I should like to point out to Mr Vance the irony of a U.S. Senator being arrested in his home state for the egregious offence of trying to ask a federal official a question, just a day after Mr Vance falsely claimed that the residents of the UK have no right to free speech (a lie BTW, we are guaranteed freedom on expression by Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights).
