Yes it’s illegal but SCOTUS basically gave him a “Do as I want and get away with it” permission card

Corruption should be a major Dem talking point. That and incompetence. Just those two themes, every day, every hour, every minute!

Yes! My thoughts as well. This should be on the lips of everyone in the house and senate. Im tired of the GOP acting like this is how it goes now, like it or not. Our leaders must get as aggressive as their opponents and speak up and over these monsters. Destroyers of Democracy.

He is, and has been, always, a grifter, deal maker-breaker, his profit-our loss, kind of a guy. It is important that this is documented, but is relatively minor in terms of his other national and international unlawful shames. . . but I wonder if the dinner buying mother can be charged with bribing a federal official?

What's the statute of limitations ? DOJ certainly won't charge her. I hope there is some mechanism for limiting the pardon power. It's beyond disgusting what he's doing. I wish some of the prosecutors, judges, and juries who convicted these criminals would start making statements

SCOTUS gave him immunity for core responsibilities, including pardons. Why wouldn’t he take bribes? They enabled Trump’s brazen corruption, and corruption has destroyed many once-thriving countries.

Yepper, and the Republican Party now captured by Project 2025ers. Name names of Central America, South Africa and of course Israel and the Eastern European Block. Dems have so much to work with. Simple right from wrong. Simply cruel what is going down.

Even with evidence, if Trump is found guilty, he will never be punished. His constitutional violations have been rampant but he never goes to jail. Most of us think he will never have to suffer any consequences.

There's no "potential" involved. Like all his other Crimes Against America, this worthless motherfucker is doing it all out in public. He just pardoned a "southern sheriff" for "southern sheriffing" yesterday.
