Not likely. Social media and corporate news are like TICKS on our Democracy now. Vote Blue to break them up and restore ethics and fairness in journalism on all platforms.

Yes, and clearly I celebrated too soon. Once again trump seems to be able to side-step law to get his way.

Just wish there was more than voting to stop this theft of democracy and the rule of law.

I’m pretty confident the US taxpayers paid for that bogus lawsuit. When will a reporter uncover all the money wasted by Trump on bogus lawsuits?

Blundering trouble making lunatic. People should start giving him back some doses of his own evil, poisonous medicine. Possibly that would deter his useless, vindictive & vicious attacks on other people m& organizations. Trump "appointed" cabinet members who are totally 100% unqualified & have zero knowledge about the responsibilities of their positions, so Trump can tell them what to do & they will never know the difference. This is a very dangerous situation for the safety & security of our country as other foreign leaders are bound to take advantage of his Cabinet's ignorance & incompetence. And, believe you me, the worst is yet to come.

Which makes no sense for ABC and CBS to "settle" with FDJT for his slush fund coffers.

As soon as Trump started his lawsuit against the Iowa-based newspaper, I immediately subscribed to the paper (even though I live in Texas) and urged readers on this forum to do the same if they could afford it.

This was my way of telling Donald Trump to go fuck himself.

Not only did Trump walk away with noting, he walked away owing! Filing suit is not cheap, and neither are lawyers. They did their work, and they will want to be paid. Ha, Ha.

According to the Supreme Court what he does while in office is at our expense. To be honest, I have a hard time even calling it a "Supreme Court." There's no longer such a thing in this country.

It's about time! I read through all the comments and one in particular stood out - would women in general be more likely to stand up to drumpf? I'd like to think so. I certainly would - and I have stood up to narcissists - many - in my past and I do not like bullies and will stand up to them as well. I have always spoken truth to power, and they have not liked me for it.

On the other hand, look at all the blonde Ivanka look-a-like wannabes that are in drumpfs cabinet plus his ditzy press secretary. So, some women don't stand up to him or people like him, but they will find a way to benefit from using him even if they get bullied and abused. I'm thinking that Tulsi Gabbard, with all her sycophancy, thought she could be the adult in the room once she got her appointment. Now she's on her way out. I'm actually surprised it hasn't happened yet... and when push came to shove, she backed down like a frightened rabbit running from a hungry wolf.

So, it's probably a crap shoot. I am so glad that for once drumpf got nothing. Can't wait until he has to pay E. Jean Carrol all that money... I think he's hoping he will outlive her if he can stall long enough. He has probably spent more trying to avoid paying her than it would cost him to pay her.

I wonder where the other lawsuit for fraud is? The one that will cost him over 500 million dollars to NY?
