I hope he doesn't die a free man, I would suggest he be housed in Allegator Alcatraz, until he departs this mortal coil.
But the MSM has to cover it up as does all drumpf's monkey army because they need to be able to still use the auto-pen to keep churning out crap. They need him to rest for more hours than he is awake so when they trot him out as their "tyrant show pony" he will be able to perform.
There is no way on earth he is in good health and has all this energy and is working 24/7 for his richy rich bros. If any of us, you or I, had those symptoms, we wouldn't be advised to have a high stress job, show up to work, or do anything but rest and recover, if possible. No amount of pills is going to fix what ails drumpf.
I think that his few public appearances leave him exhausted and he has to take time to rest. That is quite troubling in a president who may need to suddenly make a cogent, coherent decision (although I don’t think his decisions while president have ever been cogent or coherent, except when he initiated Operation Warp Speed to get the COVID Vaccines out in literally record time, from which he now distances himself - imo the best decision he made in either presidency BY FAR). I agree those behind the scenes are prepping JD to take over (God in heaven help us!!!) and at some point they may invoke the 25th and remove him from office. He’s being used to set the stage for a soft coup and JD will be the one to pull the final strings, under orders from Miller and Thiel and Vought. He probably has some circulatory issue as well as dementia onset. JD has been seen publicly more than Trump…I don’t think that’s accidental.
