This whole situation is nauseating. I wake up every morning afraid of what he has done or is planning to do. This parade is disgusting. Also his administration is weakening veteran’s benefits. So ugly that a draft dodger is having a military parade. Shame on this country
It wasn’t meant as an insult. We are in a long term fight. Fear isn’t going to be useful. Defiance and using the power you have is the only path forward.

It's easy to be a bully when there is no one in the audience to bully. Of course, it just makes him look foolish and weak. Smarter people decided long ago to NOT rally in DC on that day. Rallying all around the country is so much better. Everyone should be taking video and pictures and posting them on social media. This should be done in large numbers so there are thousands of pictures from around the world.
He will not be able to touch the rallies with his empty threat and they will get reported with larger numbers than his parade, which he will exaggerate to compensate. Looking forward to laughing my ass off when he doesn't get the turnout he is hoping for.
His actions and his words demonstrate just how much he disrespects the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. As a president he took that oath to defend the US citizens from tyranny and oppression. He is illiterate at best and, more to the point, is inciting civil violence to push his policies to turn the country into a dictatorship. I am hoping that he doesn’t order his parade to fire upon citizens protesting against him. Such a little man and he wants to be king or dictator whichever gives him the power to control everyone. He’s such a dangerous person that is eroding our democracy.
Another thing to consider…Trump is also implementing, most if not all the plans laid out for and by his administration, Project 2025. The republican Congress is going along because this plan has been a long time goal, like from Reagan era until today. And over the decades it’s morphed from white economic dominance to white Christian nationalism. Democrats have been playing by old DC rules & norms while the conservative PACs and think tanks have been training new generations fresh out of Ivy League law school graduates to figure out ways to twist settled precedents into ways to get the things they want from court rulings. Just my thoughts from watching the way things have gone down since 1980. 🤷🏼♀️
