THE DIVERSION FACTOR AKA SARAH PALIN

Questions surround Sarah Palin – But the foremost question is Why Did John McCain pick HER?? I think the answer is obvious. The country is being distracted by all the controversy surrounding her, and taking their focus off of the Republican Party’s record and the role John McCain has played in creating it. It is a disastrous record and the country should know that John McCain has no real disagreement with George Bush, and will continue his unpopular polices for four more years.

John McCain and the Republican Party carefully picked this woman to do just that. Keep the focus off of the war, the unemployment rate, the suicide bombings, the housing market, effects of Katrina, and the devastation that the Bush administration has created and that McCain and Palin will continue.
She definitely is NOT qualified to be the Vice President, and her acceptance of the nomination allows her to be placed in a position of potentially being the President of the U.S. In doing so, she is making a mockery out of the government.

UNFORTUNATELY, she is the one that could guarantee a McCain win. As long we keep the spotlight on her, we are distracted from focusing on the REAL issues that should be in the forefront of this election. Her nomination was so carefully calculated, the Republican Party deserves a round of applause. Barack Obama HAS to redirect the electron to discussions about the issues that will impact the future of this country. Barack Obama has to step it up to show the country that he has what it takes to be the commander in chief, and lead this country in the direction that it needs to be going.

Most Americans are very angry over what has happened over the last seven + years, and Obama cannot be afraid to voice that anger. Take the focus off of this crazy lady from Alaska! If for one moment Sarah Palin is proud that she was “picked” to be McCain’s running mate, she can get off her high horse (or Moose) and face the fact that she was “selected” very carefully, very deliberately to keep the focus off of the failed policies of the Republican Party. Prior to her selection, McCain’s slogan was “Experience”; now that he has selected Palin, they have switched their catchword to “Change.”

“Change” has been Barack Obama’s creed all along. He is the person who can unite the country and lead us in a different direction. But this Gun Slinging Diversion is carefully taking aim, guided by the Republican Party making a travesty out of this entire election. She is who John McCain chose as his running mate, and she is not going away! We Must elect Obama/Biden to get this country back on the right track.

Let’s send Sarah Palin packing back to Alaska to see if she can get her own family on the right track. Let the reality of just exactly why she was picked slap her in the face! Take care of your own home Sarah – before you even attempt to mess with ours!
