Trump Must Apologize To Obama After Senate Intel Committee Debunks Bogus Wiretap Claim

Donald Trump must apologize to former President Barack Obama after the bipartisan leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee debunked Trump’s claim that Obama wiretapped Trump Tower during the 2016 election.

Here is the statement from the Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman and Ranking Member:

The leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee found no evidence to back up Trump’s wiretap claims. In other words, the current President Of The United States baselessly accused the former President Of The United States of a felony.

How much longer will the media and the American people continue to tolerate Trump’s smears and baseless attacks?

It needs to stop now. Donald Trump must publicly apologize to Barack Obama for smearing the former president with an allegation that was never true.

Since Trump never apologized for smearing Obama with a birther conspiracy, the American people shouldn’t hold their collective breath waiting for this president to grow a conscience and show a shred of integrity by apologizing to Obama.

The finding by the Senate Intelligence Committee is proof that Donald Trump is literally making things up.

The nonsense must stop, which is why the American people must demand an apology from Donald Trump.
