Video of Trump’s arrival:
It is clear that the President and First Lady have been coached for this visit. They are dressed much more casually like they plan on touching the unwashed masses that Trump looks down upon because they aren’t rich like he is.
The Trumps are going to try to sell an emotion that the President has no experience with. Donald Trump is going to be selling empathy and connection with regular Americans today.
It is going to be a trainwreck unless the White House keeps him heavily scripted and away from actual human beings.

This president is only interested in his own media coverage. He is an empty shell of a man who is trying to con his way into getting some good press over Labor Day weekend. Caring is demonstrated through actions, not words. Trump actions suggest that he is a president who could care less about anyone who is not like him.
