Trump launched an attack on Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Wednesday morning that appears designed to open the door for him to recess appoint a new attorney general who will kill the Russia investigation.

The reason why this Trump outburst should be taken more seriously than others is that Congress will be out of session beginning on March 24, which means that Trump could fire Sessions and use a recess appointment to appoint a new attorney general who would not have to be recused from the Russia investigation and could fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

The end game for Trump hasn’t changed. He is out to get rid of Robert Mueller one way or another. Keep an eye on the White House, because the window is opening for Trump to put his slow roll Saturday Night Massacre into action.
