Trump Legal Wall Strategy Is Even Dumber Than His Mueller Strategy

The White House legal strategy to justify declaring a national emergency for the wall is to get their talking to say national emergency a whole lot.

Saying crisis isn’t like the movie Beetlejuice. The White House can’t say crisis three times a border crisis appears.

The problem with the Trump gang is that they are not equipped to do any legal or strategic thinking. They are constantly playing politics and catering to their Fox News crowd. The legal standard for a national emergency is much higher than arguing in court that it is an emergency because the president says so.

It is a desperate ploy by a desperate president that will be shot down by any respectable court.
