Democrats on the House Oversight Committee are demanding that Attorney General Merrick Garland turn over Jack Smith's report on Trump's theft of classified documents.
Only way to get the history right. Release both reports. Good political move, and the best Garland can do after botching both investigations with late start.
Indeed, truth matters and we as a people in this nation have a right to have further investigations on this matter. These are top secret documents, our National Security, our Intelligence Community and our honor as a democracy, and credibility with our allies who depend upon us as a nation.

Since Rules don't matter anymore in a general sense, and specifically to Trump, there is no good reason not to release the report. We [and Garland] are kidding ourselves if we think Trump will ever be held accountable. So, release the reports, they will make a good read on a cold evening.
I think it's vitally important for the Oversight Committee, and eventually the public, to get access to Jack Smith's report. The Oversight Committee has a vested interest in knowing the facts involved in Jan. 6 debacle and the theft of the documents that belong in the National Archives, as do the Public.
We, the American people, need to know what's in this report. We, the American people, can not let this baffoon get away with what he's done, which is theft of top secret documents.
