We are going to have to hold the perpetrators accountable and punish them for their lawlessness, treachery and treason. Right now if we bring suits against the government or its agents, the US government has to defend it/them. So our tax dollars would have to pay to fight the charges. Talk about waste and abuse. All the 100+ cases the government is fighting... That's our money being used to fight back. And many of us are donating to the nonprofits bringing the legal suits. So we're paying both ways! That's not at all what bothers me the most, but the irony is sharp indeed.

It’s going to be very difficult , Dems basically have to play offense and defense simultaneously. And in both special elections in FL, dems gained about 15 points vs the 2024 presidential election. And remember the special election in Pennsylvania before that? Dems gained a significant number of pts over the 2024 race.
If we can hold onto our damn voting rights by blocking the SAVE Act in the Senate (and we'd better see a healthy democratic filibuster on that piece of filthy legislation), we should be looking pretty good by the midterms.
