Attorney General Todd Blanche was asked if using the Supreme Court’s shadow docket was doing an end run around the court system, and said it wasn’t but his description was an admission it was.
Blanche should be disbarred everywhere. He is a crooked lawyer. The law school he graduated from should be ashamed and should speak out and apologize to the nation. Not just Blanche. How is it that these law schools graduate so many who turn into the mob-like folks who populated this corrupt administration. I think these schools need to do a lot of soul searching and vet their applicants better.
Ummm, isn’t it the court system who is supposed to rule if a procedure is constitutional, not be told that it’s constitutional? Since when did the DOJ become its own Supreme court? Not surprised that this (corrupt) Supreme Court took its rulings from the DOJ. America has lost every safeguard that our Founders created. We are no longer a Democratic Republic. The Supreme Court has become Trump’s lap dog. It is only the lower courts who are hanging on to the Constitution.
Exactly why the Supreme Court needs to be overhauled. There is nothing Supreme about it. The majority bends the knee and kisses the ring of a corrupt, fascist regime that is unilaterally stripping the American people of the very rights this country was founded on and through to the rights for which we have fought so hard. This needs to stop while we still have a chance of restoring our country to one of democracy, decency, kindness and respect. Why isn't the Supreme Court refusing to take up these cases and wait to review if and when a District Court and the Court of Appeals have heard the merits (or lack there of) and made their findings and ruling. THE NATURE OF TRUMP'S CASES ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY! LIVES WILL NOT BE LOST and the earth will continue to spin. Day and night will still follow each other. The Supreme Court should decline to take these cases prematurely.

How would the administration know that lower courts agree with them, but rule against them. Do they state that in their ruling? Of course they don’t. This administration will continue to do whatever they want. Nobody’s stopping them. All of these entitled idiots need to rot in prison. Not just any prison, specifically, one that will never allow them to feel safe or comfortable again with the American people deciding what basic needs they will receive. These MFs must go!!
