Republicans always resort to the accusation or blame level of arguments. Rather than emphasizing a positive argument, they know their constituents are not informed or interested in nuance, fact, or logic. The dog did it. Always.

His "blame the prior President" card is an incredible show of weakness to say that you are impotent to fix the economy, especially when you control all branches of government and campaigned as someone who can fix it on day one.
