Many folks who have medical insurance need more, hence they are on Medicaid. Florida recently bounced many of us off Medicaid and food stamps, then asked us to reapply. The new application is horrendous.
I’m confused and concerned. Each union I’ve belonged to has offered great insurance, especially Hotel and Restaurant Workers. Is that no longer true? Why are they on Medicaid? Or anything other than private insurance - has the cost of health care made it impossible?
You can bet Congress will continue to receive excellent, free healthcare. Paid for by us.

The overwhelming majority of US restaurant workers are not unionized.
