Here is the full statement:
In case anyone didn’t notice, Trump’s strategy of threatening N. Korea until they end their nuclear program is backfiring. The North Koreans are accelerating their testing and development of a nuclear weapon. Kim is widely considered to be one of the craziest people running a country in the world. He is a brutal dictator who has isolated, tortured and starved his own people, and he thinks that Donald Trump is deranged.
Americans need to not get caught up in the day to day chaos of Trump’s instability and examine the bigger picture of the impact that his behavior is having on the country. It was one thing when he was tweeting imaginary conspiracy theories about the popular vote. It’s something much more different and deadly when he goes to the UN and pops off with statements that could cause the worst war the world has seen since World War II.
Trump is unfit for office, and the American people shouldn’t wait until after he starts a war to realize that they should have demanded that he be removed from office much sooner.
