Bombshell Fourth Allegation: Drunk Kavanaugh ‘Aggressively And Sexually’ Assaulted Woman At Bar

The wheels continue to fall off the Brett Kavanaugh nomination train on Wednesday as a fourth allegation against the judge was reported by NBC News.

The anonymous complaint alleges that in 1998, Kavanaugh got drunk and “aggressively and sexually” shoved a woman up against a wall at a bar.

According to the bombshell report, “The Senate Judiciary Committee is inquiring about at least one additional allegation of misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to a letter obtained by NBC News and multiple people familiar with the process.”

The new claim comes on the same day that Julie Swetnick – the third Kavanaugh accuser – came forward alleging that the judge and his friend Mark Judge drugged girls at parties in high school so they could take turns raping them.

More from the NBC News report:

According to an anonymous complaint sent to Republican Sen. Cory Gardner of Colorado, Kavanaugh physically assaulted a woman he socialized with in the Washington, D.C., area in 1998 while he was inebriated.

The sender of the complaint described an evening involving her own daughter, Kavanaugh and several friends in 1998.

“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”

“There were at least four witnesses including my daughter.” The writer of the letter provided no names but said the alleged victim was still traumatized and had decided to remain anonymous herself.

It gets worse: Republicans blew off the allegations

The new allegations – which took place far more recently than the first three – are bad enough. After all, a man on the verge of being a Supreme Court justice has a clear pattern of getting drunk and sexually assaulting women.

What makes it much worse, according to NBC News, is that Republicans basically blew off the new allegation when they had the chance to ask Kavanaugh about it during a phone call on Tuesday.

The Democrats on the call said the questions posed by the Republicans were “cursory” and that they “believed it should be investigated more deeply” than the GOP seems willing to.

Ultimately, as the allegations against Kavanaugh pile up, Republicans and Donald Trump have a choice to make. Either they pull this man’s nomination, or they go down with him.
