Matt Gaetz Makes A Fool Of Himself At Trump Impeachment Hearing

Rep. Matt Gaetz falsely claimed that Pamela Karlan attacked Barron Trump as he made a fool of himself at the Trump impeachment hearing.

Earlier in the hearing, Karlan said:

Gaetz tried to claim that she attacked Barron Trump, “You don’t get to interrupt me on this time. Let me also suggest that when you invoke the president’s son’s name here. When you try to make a little joke out of referencing trump, that does not lend credibility to your argument. It makes you look mean. It makes you look like you’re attacking someone’s family. The minor child of the president of the United States.”

As you can read in the quote above, Karlan did not attack Barron Trump. She said nothing derogatory about the child of the president. She was referring to the fact that Trump thinks that he is royalty. He has made no secret of the fact that he wants his family to be American political royalty. He wants the Trumps to be the new Kennedys. The Trumps have gone so far as to think of themselves as America’s royal family.

Karlan was correct. Trump does think that he is royalty, but the constitution says that he is just a president, and the House has the power to impeach.

Matt Gaetz never fails to embarrass himself every time he opens his mouth.
