Of course Jimmy Kimmel should not have been suspended. Nor should have Stephen Colbert. The First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech.
It used to, but now it only protects MAGA free speech. Americans no longer have guaranteed Constitutional rights. SCOTUS has made that very clear.
