What about the devastating cuts to Americans healthcare?

Why do billionaires, mega-millionaires and corporations need tax cuts anyway? How greedy it is to take from the poor and middle class to serve these horrible rich and entitled people!!

That can't be removed from the bill through the Byrd Bath because it is a budgetary item. The bill will have be voted down for those cuts to not happen.---Jason

Excellent. Whole bill needs to go, but that provision was horible.

The people who support this bill evidently think that others either will not read it, or will not notice, or will not care, about the actual contents. Wrong on all counts, and thanks to vigilant leadership, this effort is stone cold stopped. It is going to be like this, for a while.

Good, that had nothing to do with a budget !

This is a big win for us. Thanks, Senate Dems!

Yes it is but now they need to heavily attack the budget issues!

Important save…can you maybe do some negotiating with Medicaid and save some lives while you’re at it? Please 🙏🏻

Yay! And thank you, Senator Byrd!

So awesome this got cut! It was so bad. I see Sen Patty Murray in the pic so extra thanks to her since she’s one of our WA senators.

Bravo, Democrats. We need much more of these actions! Thank you.

Well done on removing the judge restriction from that bad bastard bill. It’s an important thing, especially because of the way the GOP tried to sneak it through.

Thrilled to see this provision go, but the entire budget bill places Greed Over People. Scrap the whole damn bill!

Thank goodness geeeezzzeeee. A man’s delusional and can’t be trusted at all or ever. not to mention the fact of all the other the other horrible things that we know about.

And the sale of public lands? Isn’t this a policy shift? Isn’t the purpose of acquiring public lands preservation for all Americans for generations to come? Granted it might generate revenue although it could also be a windfall for developers, a fire sale which would once again enrich the rich.

Still screwing medical care amongst other financial awfulness.

Anything not connected with money should be deleted. How about the measure that said we can't regulate AI for at least ten years?
