So they wrote up a draft of a peace plan so they can have U.S. money to take deportees from other countries. Not exactly a peace plan, more of a threat/bribe.
He slanders world leaders verbally at the drop of a hat. He has alienated the World from being our allies unless they can benefit and he can sign a personal real estate deal for himself and a starlink deal for musk. People who have won the Nobel Peace Prize have conducted themselves from a point of selfless contributions to the advancement of peace around the world with nothing to gain for themselves.
