The frustrating reality is that those such as the NYT , Grassley, and others spend more time on unrelated side issues. I cancelled my NYT after 20 years. The inability to call this what it is drove me away. Trump is clearly mentally deficient - and his illness makes him a danger to us. He has driven our allies away in the manner that an abuser does. He is lost in a world of delusion. He is backed up by the Heritage Foundation - an entity that seeks to destroy democracy and bring our country down.

It is frustrating that the real issue is being ignored. This right-wing agenda is coming from a far-right alliance where Trump plays the front man, but he also believes in the policy goals.---Jason

Trump & his minions, in admin or not, all spend too much time on things of fantasy than on the stark reality we live in.

With Trump’s tariff war & Deportation war, he is gutting this country of the good economy we had.., the goods & supplies needed to run our businesses and homes.., and stealing the great job market we had, and all the jobs and workers to do them! If things do not change & change radically, quickly, we will have homeless families starving in the streets.. not in just one area of our land.. but everywhere!!

Without a good paying job you cat pay the mortgage, or feed & clothe your family! Without education the children will not be capable of earning a living when they graduate, let alone go to college, if there are any colleges left.. nor will families be able to pay for healthcare!

So, yes.. I’d say we are close to too late already.. at saving ourselves from the damage that they have already done.

And all they can do is think of more childish nonsense to spend our money on. With I might add… zero guardrails.

And it is critical that we keep on pushing. It may feel hopeless, but hiding and resigning will not do it. The idea that our children should have 'factory' jobs is pure nonsense. The robots will be doing that. If Trump is gone? Then they will try to insert others (Heritage Foundation) I wonder if Vance has the charisma to keep it up?

I also think ridding us of Miller and Vought should be a goal.

The fantasy is entirely based on eugenics - white supremacy. The difficult part? Eugenics have been with us since the early 1900s. We built it up and shared it with Nazis. It was assimilated and continued to be the number one tool of Joseph Coors, the Kochs and other old white rich men - mean afraid of the masses - men afraid of women - men who are afraid and continue to push their fear to harm. Supported in full by a Supreme Court - the Taft Court - with majority decision on sterilization (based on eugenics) by Holmes.

I see a major issue with the propaganda with which we have lived for more than a hundred years. To tear this down is going to be very very hard - and yet? It has to happen.

I agree getting rid of Miller and Vought should be the goal. Vance as well, because when Trump has crossed even their line and they can't restrain him Vance will take the reins - and he is much worse because he is smarter and better educated, but still capable of being led if it looks as if it will benefit him.

What is significant to me about Vance is his awkwardness. He cannot even buy donuts effectively. Trump lets everyone in on the 'real' story. Vance looks uncomfortable and most. Perhaps he can rise to the occasion - yes, better educated - but not a smooth talker. I hope it will be a failure on most fronts. I guess we will see. Trump is clearly not well.

He's Peter Thiel's tool. Mr. Thiel has been grooming him for a long time. I recommend reading the March Time article "What We Must Understand About The Dark Enlightenment." Yarvin is working in the background, hand-picking appointees and furthering an anti-democratic future.

However, I do agree, once we rid ourselves of the mass of malignant idiots in our White House, that our economy may need a great deal of steadiness. The MAGA people will complain when many things aren't available to purchase, and the various markets will require very experienced

In all, I agree. But this is not being propped up - this is advantageous. The Heritage Foundation also controlled the narrative with Ronald Reagan. Reagan activated 60% of their plan in 1981. It is that which has led so effectively to this. The Heritage Foundation has a plan - to make it happen required electing a conservative - for this time? Trump. The overall plan does not, of course, depend on Trump. It is likely that part of the plan could include the removal of Trump. There are many other factors, Vought is there to insert as many loyalists as possible into the executive branch. It is a clearly structured plan. Trump is lazy, weak, and therefore the optimum figure. Trump believes he is in charge - naturally, that is false. This is deeply immersed in the White Supremacy movement - and it is defined by eugenics. We have fought this for a century and do not seem any further down the line. It is not merely the HF, it is also Cato Institute and prior to both? Pioneer Fund. Always the same model - old white guys. Always built on fear - on reprisal - and finance. And when Trump is gone? Perhaps, Thiel will move Vance into the office - but my question is whether Vance has the charisma of Trump and can manage the mass. No matter what - HF must be taken out of the mix, somehow.

I wonder how techno-feudalism plays with white supremacy - it must because the Afrikaaners all support it.

There is an Epstein file featuring DJT’s crimes and felonies but nothing that would indicate that Rosie O’Donnell is a threat to anything but DJT’s mental stability. There’s an interview with O’Donnell in this Substack. She now lives in Ireland and is applying for Irish citizenship. I can’t imagine such a move will make much difference to her. So far as she is concerned, she left the States to get away from him. She is beyond his reach. And since the orange buffoon is a world laughingstock, I doubt whether much of what he says makes a hell of a lot of difference to her. At least I hope so. That warthog isn’t worth even one tear. And the rest of the known compassionate world would side with her anyway.
