Trump Exposed As An Illegitimate President As Docs Reveal How Russia Helped Him Win

Trump’s bad week has gotten even worse as Russian documents reveal why he is not a legitimate president and how Russia helped him win.

Reuters reported that two documents show that the Russians knew exactly what they were doing and were intentionally helping Trump:

The first Russian institute document was a strategy paper written last June that circulated at the highest levels of the Russian government but was not addressed to any specific individuals.

It recommended the Kremlin launch a propaganda campaign on social media and Russian state-backed global news outlets to encourage U.S. voters to elect a president who would take a softer line toward Russia than the administration of then-President Barack Obama, the seven officials said.

A second institute document, drafted in October and distributed in the same way, warned that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was likely to win the election. For that reason, it argued, it was better for Russia to end its pro-Trump propaganda and instead intensify its messaging about voter fraud to undermine the U.S. electoral system’s legitimacy and damage Clinton’s reputation in an effort to undermine her presidency, the seven officials said.

Around the time that Russia started raising questions about voter fraud, Donald Trump began tweeting that the election was rigged.

There were similarities in timing and messaging between the Trump campaign and Russian media that are too obvious to ignore. Trump would at times parrot Russia propaganda at his rallies on the campaign trail during the general election.

The coordination was obvious to anyone who was paying attention at the time, and now we also that it was part of a campaign that was designed by a hostile foreign government to get a candidate who would be softer on them elected president.

It is only Wednesday, but Donald Trump was already having an awful week, and things are about to get much worse as these documents reveal exactly why he is not a legitimate president.
